EXECUTIVE CHEF – 4* LUXURY LODGE

LIMPOPO

A beautiful Game Lodge in a remote area of Limpopo is looking for an EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead a culinary team looking after two restaurants, outdoor venues, and all function facilities, which include conference facilities, function facilities & outdoor wedding venue.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a 4* cheffing at a senior management position
• Competent in managing a full staff compliment for a 100+ room Lodge
• Ability to manage multi functions and work well under pressure leading a large team
• Advanced knowledge of menu planning
• Computer literacy with Micros POS experience
• Ability to plan and execute duty rosters and annual leave schedules
• Ability to train and develop a team
• Competent in managing stock, food and beverage and costs
