The Oakley Group based in Klerksoord, Akasia, Pretoria North has posts available for a young lady who would be interested in an entry level posts in the Financial Department of the business.

The basic duties include but are not limited to -
• Booking of loads loaded the previous day.
• Receipt and sorting of delivery documents on a daily basis
• Making photocopies and filing client documents.
• Scanning documents on a daily basis
• Keeping track of the archive on a monthly basis
• General administrative tasks and duties as required from time to time and relief work at reception

The normal working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:30 and Fridays from 07:30 to 15:00.
• A qualification and previous experience in line with the position would be an advantage .
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
• Person with a strong willingness to learn and to adapt quickly.
