Our client is an established local leader in the construction industry whose business is built on the pillars of professionalism, quality and integrity. They currently have a vacancy for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Worcester/Ceres-area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key outputs:
• Measuring & preparing estimates/quotations.
• Pricing estimates, quotations & tender Bill of Quantities.
• At times will be required to assist with and be exposed to:

- Appointing various sub-contractors for the project works

- Processing & evaluating bi-weekly labour sub-contractor claim for payments

- Processing, evaluating and submitting monthly project claims which include sub-

contractor claims

- Certifying monthly payments to sub-contractors

- Re-measuring contractor and sub-contractor project works, including settlement of

final account/s
• You will be exposed to other project activities under the guidance of a Senior QS.
