Our client is in the Foods Division and requires a Production and Supply Planner preferably based at their branch in Gauteng, Olifantsfontein. The suitable candidate will be responsible for successful planning, coordinating, scheduling and monitoring of production & transfer orders for the branch in Johannesburg and Cape Town in such a manner to deliver customer orders on time, in full, within targeted inventory policies while cost effectiveness is maintained.

The key objectives of this role are:

o To ensure the availability of products to deliver customer orders on time and in full, and within the targeted inventory policies.

o To reduce waste, rework and handling of products or activities that could deliver efficiencies and/or minimize cost within the supply chain.

o To track, measure, analyze and report on key performance indicators for sales & operational planning.
