For the vacancy of daytime baker in the Hoegaarden region, your daily schedule will be filled with the following tasks;
• You will be responsible for preparing bread, special bread, luxury bread, and rolls. For this, you will use flour or semi-finished products and other ingredients
• You will work with mechanical devices, such as a mechanical kneading machine, a weighing and dividing machine, and a controlled fermentation chamber
• You will plan and prepare the work
• You will collect the necessary materials and store the finished products and raw materials
• You will follow the prescribed recipes
• You will apply the correct lifting and handling techniques
• You will strictly follow hygiene and safety rules and the instructions for using the machines
