The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success since you will be the first impression when answering a call and the last, when sending an email with the bill. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and issues;
• Coordinate shipping and delivery;
• Create and verify orders and invoices;
• Manage telephone calls, correspondence with customers, suppliers and manufacturers;
• Liaise with Finance Department;
• Maintain master data.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
• Customer-service oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Proficient in SAGE;
• Proficient in English, German as a plus. More Detail
