West Coast Supply Group is looking for a flexible Restaurant/Kitchen Assistant for lunch at our restaurant. Our concept is open kitchen, healthy & with an international touch for the dishes.

The team consists of 3 people: a Chef and two cooks. We have a Peruvian-Dutch Chef, so there is 'salsa' in our kitchen! You will support both the Chef and the cooks. You'll have the chance to learn more about cooking techniques, ordering, stock management, etc. in a swinging work environment.

This is what your day looks like. You:
• are flexibly available from Mon-Fri between 9:00 and 17:00 hours;
• are full time available in the summer period to cover the holidays of our kitchen staff;
• run the lunch buffet service;
• support the Chef & cooks with daily tasks;
• follow the team's instructions for safety, health & safety, HACCP etc;
• clean the working environment and kitchen equipment and assist with washing up;
• ensure coffee corners are clean and restocked;
