• Provide strategic direction and vision for EV engineering, aligning with company goals and objectives.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team of 20 to achieve excellence in innovation and product development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.
• Oversee the design and development of next-generation EV Charging, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and performance targets.

What we are seeking:
