Job Description:
• Handle before sales process (Project Surveys, design and BOQ meetings, negotiating with clients, create MOM)
• Be a liaison between the clients and the team
• Maintaining on-going projects
• Create and manage good relationship with client
• Resolve client's issues in an effective and accurate manner
• Tracking and provide sales report (weekly and monthly)
• Exceeding sales goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Having knowledge and interest in the field of interior and architecture (interior construction, material, and furniture knowledge)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skill
• Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets) More Detail
