Job Description
Reviewing and designing legal agreements/contracts/documents and ensuring them in accordance with the company's internal rights and regulations
Maintain and keep company (Legal) documents and are properly recorded
Ensure all permits and corporate governance processes are in accordance with regulations
company internal laws and regulations
Liaising with notaries, external consultants, other divisions within the company, and other parties third regarding matters relating to law
Conducting legal research related to all aspects that are needed company
Representing/helping to resolve company legal issues (internal/external).
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Law
Have min. 3 years of experience as Legal Staff/Officer or equivalent
Good communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills
Willing to work with high mobility
Willing to be placed in Gunung Putri - Bogor.
