• Welcoming all our tenants, members and meeting room guests with authentic enthusiasm and smile, in an informal & natural manner;
• Managing member’s needs and billing via our co-working management software;
• Answer all incoming questions and requests via phone, email or at the reception;
• Managing and monitoring daily operations and inventory;
• Coordinating and executing engaging events and gatherings;
• Coordinating with other departments including marketing, accounting, IT, for various projects;
