Production Planning and Execution:

o Manages the (operational) activities in the plant, within the applicable Nutreco standards and procedures, in order to achieve an efficient and effective

execution and delivery of results

o Coordinates production operations within a single plant that uses common production equipment, methods, and standards over multiple shifts.

o Directs unit supervisors in establishing and maintaining production schedules within established procedures and budgets.

Maintenance and repair (M&R):

o Oversees the mid and long term maintenance planning for the assigned area, including budgets

o Ensures that all maintenance activities (planned maintenance programmes, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) are planned and prioritized in order to prevent / rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimise business disruptions
