Overview:

Our client, a General Contractor based in Nanaimo, BC, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.This PM role is an administrative PM and requires a high level of business acumen and attention to detail in documentation.

Must Have:
• 8+ years’ experience as a project a manager
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Safety-focused with a proven safety work record.
• Knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite required.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have:
• Experience working with lump sum contracts.
• Experience with Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource loading.
• Experience managing high voltage energy generation and transmission projects.
