Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Xceed Supply Ltd located in Red Deer, AB. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales in the assigned territory. They will develop and maintain relationships with customers, handle inquiries and resolve complaints, prepare sales reports, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales or relevant field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft office/Excel and/or CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
