Your role in the team

As an IT Service Desk Agent at ACP Vorarlberg, you are the linchpin of 1st level IT support. Whether by phone, email or digital ticketing systems: you take over communication when customers need our technical help. By asking clever questions, you can determine the requirements of our customers, provide rapid help where possible or ensure that specialized teams within ACP solve the task.
• Processing IT-related customer inquiries
• First attempts at a solution together with the customer
• Intensive communication and cooperation with different expert groups

• Independent and responsible working style
• Good knowledge of German / English
