MARKETING & SALES MANAGER – SEALY & TEMPUR

Responsibilities:

As the Marketing & Sales Manager, the incumbent will report directly to the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer.

This role is pivotal in managing the marketing and sales of our 2 premium mattress brands and high-end imported bedding products. The efforts of the Marketing & Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving our assigned business objectives and sales targets.

His/her primary duties are preparing business plans and budgets to acquire business through retail and online channels, developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans, and achieving budgeted growth.

The incumbent will work in close collaboration with his/her Product Managers to create strategic marketing communication and promotion plans, carry out brand management and product launching or re-launching, manage customer relationships, and promote digital marketing activities.
