Mission:

Managing the sourcing, procurement and purchasing activities of our factory . This including:
• Identifying suppliers
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Managing and optimizing procurement process to achieve cost savings.
• Buying in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Insure that the supply chain is not out of stock
• On monthly basis report to your Management (including the Managing Director) :
• Internal KPI analysis vs objectives (stock level, slow moving, cost of transportation, etc)
• for the main ingredients, an overall ingredients situations between offer & demand

Main scoop of work:
• Sourcing and Procurement :
• Identifying potential suppliers by studying their catalogue product, evaluating their capabilities.
• Negotiating contracts to secure the stock and prices.
• Making purchasing decisions to ensure procurement of raw materials and packaging’s on time for production department.
