About The Job

Join our Europe-wide delivery team supporting a global tech giant. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for our client in Italy.

A Day At ESP
• Install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide break-fix services for laptops and desktops on-site.
• Manage desktop configurations, including updates and hardware replacements.
• Check and maintain security profiles and antivirus software.
• Monday to Friday, on-site in Pero, Italy from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.

Your Skills
• 1 - 2 years in IT support.
• Business proficient in Italian and English.
• Desk-side support, PC break/fix, Windows O/S administration.
• Team player with good knowledge of Microsoft software and operating systems.
• Understanding of wireless networking.

Physical Requirements
• Able to lift or push 20-50 pounds of equipment if need it.
• Able to stand or kneel for extended periods of time.
• Able to use mechanical tools.
