Responsibilities :-
• Analysis or special testing requirement, such as : customer complaint, product on hold and internal non-conformances which relates to Raw Material or Product’s quality problem.
• Establish Raw Material and Finish Product’s specification and update Raw Material and Finish Product’s specification.
• Product’s Shelf Life Evaluation.
• Verified of internal calibration and yearly calibration.
• Train and motivate staff at various levels.
• Plan the training schedule for quality control staff.

Qualifications :-
• Thai Nationality, Female
• 30 years old up.
• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or Micro or Biotechnology
• At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor of food manufacturing industry or bakery experience.
• Strong people management skill and self motivated and ability to build a team work.
