Your role in the team
• You are the “single point of contact” for all inquiries from our customers and act as an internal information hub in the service department.
• You record fault reports and service requests and provide administrative and organizational support to colleagues in technical support.
• What qualifies you for your role is a strong customer focus and you enjoy dealing with customers by telephone and in writing.
• You have completed your training. Ideally you also have an affinity for IT - but this is not a must.
• You enjoy working in a team, are independent, customer- and solution-oriented.
• As a communicative team player, you have very good German language skills.
