A market leader within the Electrical suppliers industry are currently looking for a suitable and experienced Branch/Store Manager for the Bloemfontein branch. The purpose of the role is to manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, provide statistical and financial records as well as manage, train and supervise various staff members.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to day operations of the store/branch
• Stock count and ordering of stock
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and overall increase profitability
• Ensure all products and displays are merchandised accordingly
• Analyse sales performance metrics
• Manage, motivate and train members within the branch/store
• Develop KPI's and objectives that conform with the company's vision
