General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
• Daily inspection of site works, making sure that execution is being done according to approved shop drawings and approved materials
• Review the Shop drawings, Structural drawings, reports, specifications, and materials submittals submitted by the Contractor/Subcontractor to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the scope of work and requirements.
• Carry out a constructability review.
• Ensure that the Contractor/subcontractor incorporated the comments raised from previous Stages.
• Attend Technical meetings with the Contractor’s Sub-Contractors and other Project Management team members.
• Coordinate with the Document Controller to ensure that all documents related to construction discipline are properly controlled.
• Instruct the Contractor/subcontractor to take samples as required.
