Richmond Anglican Church is seeking to appoint a full-time assistant minister to take on pastoral oversight of our 6pm evening congregation, with a particular focus on ministry amongst young adults. Starting January 2025.

Key Responsibilities

Pastoral oversight of 6pm congregation. This will include participation in shared preaching across all 3 congregations;

administrative oversight of the 6pm congregation; development and oversight of systems to aid the growth and maturity of the 6pm congregation.

Strategic oversight of ministry to young adults. This will include working closely with our youth pastor to develop discipleship pathways for school leavers;

developing a network for the growth of young adults; and integrating young adults into the intergenerational life of the church.

General ministry responsibilities as a member of the staff team.
