Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the responsibilities:

■To ensure proper financial reporting. Keeping and tracking correct financial records of the company.

■Preparation of management accounts and other relevant reports. Prepare balance sheet, journal entries and bank account reconcilation.

■Facilitates disbursements on all leases and investment deals. Ensure that all deals are recorded and updated as required. Maintain reports on the lease, investment and other portfolios.

■Lead the process to receive all lease payments, other payments (receivables). Ensure that all client and vendor payments (payables) are planned for and executed as required.
