Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mombasa County, Kenya. ss a Bancassurance officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to bancassurance, including promoting and selling insurance products, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing customer support, and meeting sales targets. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of banking and insurance products
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using computer software and databases
