The role and responsibility of Technical Service personnel includes but not limited to the following:

· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, tickets and emails in a timely manner

· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

· Provide technical advice to customers in product, installation and system operation matters

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every (technical) issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, including warranty replacement

· Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service related issues

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
