Position Summary

Under the direction of the Superintendent of Human Resources, the Manager of Human Resources – Support Services expertly leads a team of HR professionals and provides guidance and support to non-teaching staff on a range of Human Resources activities that includes recruitment, performance management, staffing, terms and condition of employment and policies and procedures ensuring compliance to Collective Agreements.

Major Responsibilities

Manage, motivate and lead Human Resources professionals ensuring the team possesses the skills necessary to meet and exceed performance expectations of various Human Resources activities for non-teaching staff.
