Role: Project Leader (Senior)

Location: Herent, Belgium - Working from home is limited to 1 day per week

Duration: until 31/12/2024

Demonstrable experience in leading and supervising projects

Demonstrable experience with change management

Demonstrable experience with terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Demonstrable experience in environments in which the projects are situated

Desired profile:

• Solid managerial experience (at least 4 years) with regard to the functioning of a municipality and OCMW:

o Organizational development and change management

o Project management within the local sector

o Management and leadership

• Knowledge and experience with the application of the local government decree is a plus. More Detail
