Responsibilities
• Managing system effectiveness of the Quality, Security, Safety Health and Environment (QSSHE) management system to meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, PSHEMS and ISPS Code standard.
• Driving and executing QSSHE activities, and follow up and measure according to developed plan or roadmap in order to ensure effectiveness of QSSHE implementation in alignment with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Being Process Excellence or LEAN ambassador in term of safety in company’s Kaizen projects.
• Providing advice and assisting the management on the development, implementation, review and revision of QSSHE management systems in the company workplace
• Conducting activities and driving continuous improvement projects that improve the QSSHE mindset and behavior, continuously reducing risks and build employee’s knowledge and awareness of QSSHE
