1. Recruitment and Contract Management Function (80%) -Responsible for overall recruitment processes from job posting, candidates screening, interviewing, offering until the hiring is done. -Coordinate with head hunter for follow up the candidate resume and give a feedback. -Coordinate with an outsourcing company for all recruitment processes. -Maintain HR personal files and update employment record to be accurate. -Responsible for administration works and other assignments as required. 2.
