We are currently looking to recruit an Executive Chef to join our team of culinary professionals at our luxury property in Passikudah. The position provides a key support role in setting new standards of culinary and operational excellence and achieving the next stage of our continued evolution.

Responsibilities

· All kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards, training of employees, plate presentation, portioning, cost control, and cleanliness.

· Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the hotel’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

· Monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and controlling food costs.
