The Manawatū Tech Collective is a non-profit that supports the local technology industry in Manawatū, New Zealand. Our aim is to build and support local talent, increase connectivity between people and companies, and promote local tech to the world. We do this through a broad range of mutually supporting small initiatives that click together into something bigger than the sum of its parts.

Role Description

The Executive Officer role is broad and flexible. It is currently part time (~40 hours a month).

The role suits someone
• with a mix of tech and business experience, so you can speak tech to tech people and business to business people
• who can connect a community of people to each other. You will have lots of coffees and attend lots of meetups to understand what people are doing, and who you know who might be able to help
