ineforce IT Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for the HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. A Recruiter should have a full range of recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing. A successful Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and a wide variety of job posting sources.

HR Recruiter responsibilities:-
• Sourcing candidates
• Updating job ads and conducting background checks.
• Experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews.
• Should have experience of 6 months as a HR Recruiter.

Salary:- 15000 – 20000 Per Month
