Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Estepona for a Chef De Partie at METT Hotel & Beach Resort, Marbella - Estepona. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for daily food preparation and production, supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency in food presentation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. You will also collaborate with the Executive Chef and other team members to create and execute menus.

• Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Experience in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
• Strong organization and time management skills
