Reporting to the Senior Director, Planning, Sustainability and Capital Projects, the incumbent will manage all aspects of new construction and renovation projects across all Niagara College campuses, will assist in the development of space plans and strategies, and will oversee space planning initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for health and safety standards and practices in assigned projects, be the lead person for administering all capital and renewal related contracts and is accountable for asset management software, documentation, and associated knowledge of management practices. In collaboration with the Facilities management team, the incumbent supports short- and long-term planning and ensures compliance with legislative, code and reporting requirements.
