We are looking for an operations assistant for a company specialized in arranging passenger transport in Brussels.

Your tasks:

-You provide high quality front facing customer support.
-You ensure issues are resolved using procedures or are escalated promptly.
-You facilitate driver sign-ups and communicate value proposition, which may include proactive outreach.
-You engage and support drivers and earners already on the platform in order to enable them for greater success.
-You partner with management on improving/buildings support processes.
-You assist with local events and promotions.
-You troubleshoot and problem solve through straight technical issues.
-You communicate effectively with various stakeholders when needed.
-You present to groups of drivers & earners.

Profiel
Your profile:

-You have minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced environment: ideally in client-facing roles and with project management experience
