Requirements:

Live in the Paarl area

Knowledge of SAP an advantage

Experience with Microsoft Office

Extremely well spoken & well presented

Must have good customer relations

Excellent telephone manner essential

Must be able to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Must be energetic and able to communicate clearly with internal staff and external clients

Time management is essential

Ability to multi task

Duties:

Answering and transferring of calls timeously

Processing of orders/ service calls / Meter Readings

Daily completion of work-related administration (Filing etc.)

Responding to/ acknowledging all email requests received

Monitoring attendance register

Stationery control and ordering

Daily interaction with Courier services

Staff welfare

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R9 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month More Detail
