JohannesburgThe Key Account Manager (KAM) role is instrumental in Regener8’s pursuit to deliver excellent customer service as we grow and develop Africa’s circular technology economy. This role is KPI-driven, and the KAM is the go-to person for our trade-in and buyback channels, and includes the following responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners through regular in person and online meetings
• Engaging in updating and renewing of partner contracts and agreements
• Provide support and solve high level customer and system queries
• Responsible for the design and implementation of OEM campaigns to drive OEM sell out through trade-in and device buyback
• Support strategic planning for the Sourcing function by identifying new growth opportunities within existing channels for trade-in and device buyback programmes
• Drive growth within new B2B partner channels
