Principle Accountabilities
• The position is responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales targets (Primary & Secondary) by town, by brand and by SKUs.
• Manage distribution setup & maintain effective customers relationships.
• Ensure excellence in distribution operations to drive product penetration within the trade universe in the assigned territory
• Would be responsible to develop and implement field sales plans of the assigned territory.
• Communication and Implementation of trade programs in the market
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities to gain market share
• Provide market intelligence on regular basis to counter competition activities.
• Must be a Team Player who is able to successfully operate in a team environment and adaptable to change
• Preparing and presenting reports to the sales team and leadership
