The Store Manager will be responsible for developing store strategies to optimize company profitability and achieve sales goals and ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

• Develop store strategies to achieve budget revenue and all KPIs of the store and Fashion BU; participate in products assortment and allotment, store P&L, and customer experience.

Operation Management

• Coordinate with other specific departments to facilitate growth and achieve target.

• Monitor and Manage operation and customer experience.

• Ensuring smooth daily operations and high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services.

• Engage on customer centricity to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
