Position : Account cum Admin Assistant

Salary : RM 3,000 – RM 3,500

Working Hours : Mon – Fri (10am – 7pm)

Location : Tropicana Garden

Job Description

· Responsible and able to prepare full set of accounts independently

· In charge of collections and issuing original receipts

· Responsibility for the original receipt and payment voucher

· Prepare & review bank reconciliation report

· Prepare monthly management reports

· Maintain proper records in the Accounting System

· Liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, government agencies, and other professionals

Requirements

· At least a Diploma/LCCI, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance

· Minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience in accounting

· Able to handle timeline at work with minimal supervision

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
