Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Indore ( WFO-Onsite Only )

Responsibilities:

1. Online Store Management:

o Oversee the day-to-day operations of Kimirica’ s e-commerce platforms.

o Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.

2. Sales and Marketing:

o Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns.

o Optimize product pages for SEO and user experience.

3. Customer Experience:

o Provide excellent customer service via online channels.

o Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns/refunds.

o Monitor customer reviews and ratings.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

o Analysis of sales data, and user behavior.

o Generate reports on key performance metrics.
