At Ballard Europe we are looking for a quality-conscious and dedicated software engineer to join our Software Team in our Technology and Product Development with primary base at our facilities in Hobro.

As our new Software Engineer your primary function is to participate in developing and testing of Controls Software. You will become a part of a dedicated team with five software engineers and a cyber security software specialist, who are reporting directly to a manager.

As a software engineer your main areas of responsibilities are:
• Developing SW in real time on controllers using Codesys.
• PLC programming – structured text and safety controller programming
• Support system and software architect on building the required architecture to fulfill functional safety and cybersecurity goals.
