Your main tasks in this role are:
• As a Project Management Assistant, you perform administrative and contract management tasks
• You communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including supplier communication
• You are responsible for following up with our suppliers and support the finalisation of our contractual documents
• You independently follow up with suppliers and support on handing in the correct documents
• Overall supplier coordination with the purchasing teams is part of your tasks
• Preparing reporting documents is essential in the role
• This requires you to assist project managers and members in meeting schedules and achieving project objectives

The requirements for the role include:
• As a Project Management Assistant, you have completed business-oriented studies or commercial apprenticeship
