WHAT YOU'LL DO The Regional Practice Area Senior Manager will support the Regional Practice Area Leader for Europe, Middle East, Africa & South America (EMESA) and their leadership team (~60%) and Regional Practice Area Leader for North America (NAMR) and their leadership team (~40%). The Regional Snr Manager is responsible for helping to develop the regional business strategy, translating it to concrete initiatives and driving implementation with senior stakeholders. The candidate drives the annual planning and business development activities, performs business/financial analysis, and drives the people agenda including affiliation activities such as Practice meetings and communication. You will also be an integral part of the TCI PA Management & Operations team, leading and contributing to specific global initiatives such as global planning and global business analysis.
