Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess and Promoter at Radisson Collection located in Galle. The Hostess and Promoter will be responsible for reservations, customer service, phone etiquette, and using interpersonal communication skills to ensure guests have a positive experience.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in reservations and customer service
• Proficient in phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
