Assistant Corporate Counsel Lebanon, NH Responsibilities Appcast is looking for a motivated team player to review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn on the go and to pivot quickly between projects.

Analyzing incoming agreements from existing and prospective clients, vendors, and service providers, including licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data processing addenda.
Drafting notices and correspondence.
Editing legal documents and correspondence to suit applications and reflect the positions and voice of the management team.
Communicating with outside legal teams and management when necessary, for larger litigation, business organization, and similar matters.
Assisting with updating and maintaining policies and procedures to adhere to domestic and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
