Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager at Shiftal, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, conducting market research, and creating and implementing sales strategies. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
