Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Agent at RightfulConnect in Indore. BPO Agents are responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues. They will also document customer interactions, update customer information, and follow established procedures and guidelines.
