Leading a team in a busy restaurant you must be quick on your feet at decision making to ensure our team and guests are happy at all times. Coaching, leading by example and providing a Farmhouse SMILE to our team and guests when leading the shift, you will have to motivate the team to increase our sales whilst ensuring standards are followed at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
